All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Apex Talent Partners Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Any materials, content, or intellectual property that you provide to us for the purpose of receiving our services ("Client Materials") remain your property. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such Client Materials as necessary to perform our services.
Upon full payment of applicable fees, we assign to you all rights, title, and interest in and to the final deliverables created specifically for you, except for any pre-existing materials, tools, or frameworks owned by us or third parties.
Fees for services are as set forth in the applicable Statement of Work or Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are as follows:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and any Service Agreement. Confidential information does not include information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Apex Talent Partners Ltd be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding such claim.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our website or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Talent Partners Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
